Arc'teryx is committed to product quality and customer satisfaction, allowing returns on most items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in new, re-sellable condition with original tags attached. Please note that items from the ReBird program and certain safety equipment are final sale.
Initiate Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and include the return packing slip inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar durable packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing & Refund
Once our facility receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
